Receivables Performance Management, LLC (a/k/a "RPM") is a Washington-based debt collector that has been repeatedly sued for violations of the FDCPA.  Consumers have complained that RPM makes repeated calls to cell phones using an autodialer or prerecorded voice message and has, at times, attempted to collect amounts not owed, among other things.
